Training at your facility
Six Sigma Consultant lead classroom Black Belt training at your facility. Course content is customizable but usually three to four weeks.
Six Sigma Consultant lead classroom Green Belt training is a two week course
Six Sigma Consultant lead Yellow Belt training is a one day introductory course to Six Sigma consisting of basics and a process simulation and updating the process to make it more efficient.
Sponsor training is two to three days and covers the content of the Yellow Belt training, plus training on how to qualify projects, write project charters and manage Six Sigma teams.
